It’s safe to say that we’re ecstatic to announce that we will be opening our doors for the first time this weekend!
We will be opening Minted Ice Cream for the very first time, as a servery only, to kick-off (for obvious Covid reasons). We had planned to hold off to do a full opening with tables and all that but what with the recent good weather and a willingness
to get stuck into the building work we’ve decided to crack on!
We are firm believers that ice cream is an ‘any weather’ little scoop of happiness, but the warmth and sunshine that have graced us these past couple of weeks were a temptation too strong to not open our doors. We’re extremely proud of the products that we will be serving you, from our bespoke gelato to our Big Softy ice cream serve and cookies alike.
A lot of life’s little enjoyments have been put on pause these past few months, so we’re really looking forward to serving up some of life’s simpler treats, right here in the heart of the Westend, on Byres Road.
