A short note
Minted Ice Cream Limited (SC648912), 262 Byres Road, Glasgow G12 8SH, is the controller for flavour suggestions sent through this site.
If you tick the box, we keep your email, flavour idea, optional first name and optional note so we can consider the idea and email you only when that flavour is in the case. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask. We do not ask for a phone number, date of birth or address here.
Unticked, we don’t store the suggestion. No pre-ticked boxes. No selling your details. Instagram and Facebook are separate services with their own rules.
We keep a suggestion until you ask us to delete it, or we no longer need it. Email hello@mintedicecream.com to see, correct or delete what we hold.
You can complain to the ICO if you think we’ve got this wrong: ico.org.uk.
